Ανακοίνωση Προγράμματος Διδυμοποίησης Αίγυπτος - Προθεσμία 19 Σεπτεμβρίου 2012

Συνημμένα σας προωθούμε, για ενημέρωσή σας, το από 29/06/2012 μήνυμα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου από το Γραφείο του Εθνικού Συντονιστή  για τα προγράμματα Twinning, σχετικά με το πρόγραμμα διδυμοποίησης για την Αίγυπτο με θέμα: «Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Productivity and Vocational Training Department (PVTD) within the vocational training system in Egypt. EG12/ENP-AP/SO/18».

Dear National Contact Points,

The Ministry of International Cooperation of the Arab Republic of Egypt wishes to implement a Twinning Project for the Productivity and Vocational Training Department (PVTD), entitled “Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Productivity and Vocational Training Department (PVTD) within the Vocational Training System in Egypt.”- EG12/ENP-AP/SO18- funded by the Support to the Implementation of the Action Plan and Association Agreement Programme (SAAP III).

Accordingly, I have the pleasure to invite the concerned institutions in your respective countries to participate in providing us with a proposal to implement the above mentioned project.

Should your Country be interested in participating in such a project, please provide us with your proposal by e-mail at the address specified below before Thursday, 20 September, 2012 at 17:00 Egypt Local Time.

The beneficiary and the PAO are open to receive a fact finding mission from the initiating Member State before Monday, 03 September, 2012 as per the European Commission note for the National Contact Points for Institutional Building (Twinning) in the Member States and the Beneficiary Countries on 20 October 2010.

Should you decide not to submit a proposal, we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing.

Any request for clarification must be received by the Programme Administration Office (PAO) in writing or to the email address (gbayoumi@ee-aa.net and a Copy to dalia.salem@ee-aa.net) before Monday, 03 September, 2012. The PAO will reply to National Contact Points’ questions before Sunday, 09 September, 2012. In case the PAO, either on its own initiative or in response to a request from a National Contact Point, provides additional information on the Project Fiche, it will send such information in writing to all National Contact Points at the same time.

Note: The selection meetings will take place at PAO premises - 9 Abdelkader Hamza st., Garden City, Cairo, Egypt on Thursday, 11 October, 2012. The MS delegation should be represented at least by the Project Leader and the Resident Twinning Advisor. The PAO/MoIC will provide a laptop and a data show for PowerPoint presentations.
